Second FIR filed against Ajaz Khan for alleged rape of actress

A second FIR has been registered against actor Ajaz Khan, this time under the accusation of rape. On Sunday, Khan was booked for alleged sexual assault of an actress under the false pretext of marriage and getting her a role on his web series, House Arrest.
According to ANI, the complainant alleges that during the shoot of the web show, which previously streamed on Ullu, the former Bigg Boss contestant proposed to her and promised marriage if she converted her religion. Khan, who is already married, gave added assurance that his religion permits four marriages at a time.

The 45-year-old has been booked by Mumbai’s Charkop Police under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) related to rape, including Sections 64, 64(2M), 69, and 74. A full investigation is underway.
Just last week, Mumbai Police filed an FIR against Khan and the producer of House Arrest, Rajkumar Pandey, for alleged obscene and pornographic remarks made on the reality show. Clips from the show have been making rounds on the internet where Khan was seen insulting the modesty of women. One clip shows him instructing female contestants to perform sexually explicit actions on camera. Another viral excerpt shows the actor asking the female contestants to remove their undergarments without removing their clothes.
The National Commission for Women (NCW) also reacted to the matter taking suo moto cognizance of obscene content and has summoned them for questioning. Streaming platform Ullu has since removed all episodes of House Arrest from their platform.
