Free Health Camp Organized at MP Transco, Ratlam
Under the aegis of Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company (MP Transco), and in joint collaboration with Kakani Social Welfare Foundation and District Patient Welfare Committee, Ratlam, a free health camp and training program on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) was organized.
Specially appointed for this camp by the MP Transco headquarters in Jabalpur, the convenor Superintendent Engineer Anil Lathi informed that the camp was held at the Transmission Line Maintenance Subdivision Office, Ratlam, with the special support of Collector Rajesh Batham, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sandhya Belsare, and Civil Surgeon Dr. M.S. Sagar. The event was made possible under the guidance and continuous efforts of MP Transco’s Additional Chief Engineer Mrs. Neelam Khanna and Superintendent Engineer Y.R. Mandlekar.
CPR Training Alongside Health Checkups:
Anil Lathi informed that during the camp, a medical team under the supervision of Dr. Rajesh Maida and Dr. Sheetal Patidar provided training on CPR and other life-saving techniques. Simultaneously, health checkups — including diabetes, blood pressure, dental examinations, etc. — were conducted for MP Transco employees, and necessary consultations were offered.
Awareness on preventing heat strokes, road accidents, and electricity-related accidents during the summer season was also an important part of the camp.
Commendable Contribution by Kakani Social Welfare Foundation:
On this occasion, members of the District Patient Welfare Committee Govind Kakani, Executive Engineer Ramnarayan Pahadiya, Rajendra Singh Rathore, Assistant Engineer Kumar Vishal, Nikhil Duge, Rakesh Badgotiya, Ravindra, and about 50 regular, contractual, and outsourced employees of MP Transco underwent health checkups.
The successful organization of the camp saw commendable contributions from Kakani Social Welfare Foundation and the District Patient Welfare Committee, Ratlam.
