Gautami Kapoor Wanted To Gift Sex Toy To Daughter Sia On Her 16th Birthday, Says She Asked 'Are You Retard?'
Actress Gautami Kapoor, wife of Ram Kapoor, recently revealed that she had considered giving her daughter Sia Kapoor a sex toy or a vibrator as a gift on her 16th birthday. Though her daughter initially expressed disbelief, but now appreciates the thought despite taboos. Speaking to Hauterrfly, Gautami said, "It’s so funny that when my daughter turned 16, I had to gift her something. I was thinking of what to gift her, and I thought if I should gift her a sex toy or a vibrator. "
Further, she added, "When I discussed it with her, she said, 'Mom, have you lost it? are you retarded or crazy.’ I told her, 'Think about it. How many mothers would be willing to talk to their daughters about gifting something like this? Why don’t you experiment?'"
Talking about her thoughts, Gautami explained her approach, stating that what her mother had not done for her, she wanted to do for her daughter, Sia, ensuring she experiences everything, as many women go through life without enjoying its pleasures.
"Why be in that situation? Today, my daughter is 19 and appreciates that I had that thought," added Kapoor.

Later, the Student of the Year actress has broken her silence, clarifying that the video was made purely in fun and not out of any 'vengeance or revenge,' adding that social media users are unnecessarily hyping the situation.
Further, the actress clarified that the video was not made with the intention of taking revenge on Ektaa's video; she created it in the spirit of fun, so people could laugh at it.
