It’s the Met Gala day, and celebrities from all around the world have put out their best of fashion, captivating hearts through and through. Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani, too made an appearance in a stylish Anamika Khanna couture that took over 20,000 hours to create. Following the theme of “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” Isha proudly decided to flaunt an Indian designer’s ensemble at the grand global event.

Taking inspiration from Black dandy style, her three-piece stunning outfit included a corset top, tailored pants and a white cape. To keep it chic and glam, her corset top featured a golden geometric design and a white collar design, adding that sophisticated edge. She layered it with a long and embroidered cape with precious stones attached to it. To highlight the upper part more, the designer decided to keep the bottom minimal, and chose black tailored pants with subtle embroidery on sides.

To complete the overall look, Isha went for a braided hairstyle with a side partition at the front. For accessories, she chose a vintage cartier necklace- believed to have once belonged to the Maharaja of Nawanagar. She paired it with Tiffany & Co. bird rings, diamond-encrusted hip ornament and pear-studded avian hairpins. Isha in beauty department remained as considered as the couture. She chose rose-brown lips, soft smokey eye, sculpted contouring and defined brows, accentuating her face features perfectly.

Isha’s masterpiece couture that took astounding 20,000 hours to make stook out for its elegance, deliberate grace and modern glam.  Sharing the blue carpet with her were fellow Indian icons Shah Rukh Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, Kiara Advani, Mona Patel, Natasha Poonawalla, and designers Manish Malhotra and Sabyasachi Mukherjee- marking a remarkable year for India’s fashion representation at the world’s most prestigious night.
