A heartbreaking incident has come to light in the Vasant Kunj area of Delhi, casting a shadow over humanity. A young man ran his Thar car over a security guard, breaking more than 10 bones in both of his legs, all because the guard said, “Don’t blow the horn.” The entire incident was captured on CCTV and is now going viral on social media.

The victim, Rajiv Kumar, originally from Bihar, works as a security guard at Terminal-3 of Delhi Airport. He was walking home in the morning after completing his shift when the incident occurred. As he reached the Mahipalpur red light, a Thar car coming from behind began honking loudly. Rajiv simply said, “Don’t blow the horn,” which triggered the violent response from the accused.

The accused first demanded Rajiv’s security baton, and when he refused, he threatened, “I will run my car over you!” As Rajiv crossed the road, the accused hit him with the car. Even after Rajiv fell to the ground and started screaming in pain, the youth did not stop. He deliberately ran over Rajiv again.

After the incident, the police quickly arrived at the scene and rushed Rajiv to the hospital. He is currently undergoing treatment at ASI Hospital in Punjabi Bagh, with fractures in more than 10 places on both his legs. He will need extensive treatment and rehabilitation. His family is also in a dire situation following the accident.
