44-year-old woman held for murder of ex-lover in Mumbai hotel

Mumbai police arrested a 44-year-old woman, Barkat Rathod, for allegedly murdering Imamuddin Mansuri, a 47-year-old businessman and her former partner. Mansuri's body was discovered in a Malad East hotel on May 4th, with an autopsy confirming he was poisoned and strangled. Rathod, who had a prior relationship with Mansuri, was apprehended in Surat while attempting to flee to Rajasthan.
