Sonu Nigam's Bengaluru concert controversy has affected his song in the upcoming Kannada movie Kuladalli Keelyavudo. The makers of the film have decided to remove the track. According to India Today, the makers of Kuladalli Keelyavudo shared a statement which read, "There is no doubt that Sonu Nigam is a good singer. But, we are very upset by how he spoke about Kannada recently at a concert. We cannot tolerate the insult Sonu Nigam has done to Kannada, so we have removed the song."

Sonu sung the song Manasu Haadtade which is composed Manomurthy, written by Yogaraj Bhat, and Indu Nagaraj had given the female voice in it. The track was shared by the singer on his YouTube channel last month. While it is still there on his channel, it looks like the makers have decided not to include the song in the movie.
