Cuttack man duped of Rs 2.36 crore in online investment scam, fraudster arrested

An Odisha Crime Branch operation led to the arrest of a fraudster who conned a Cuttack man out of Rs 2.36 crore via a fake online investment scheme. The victim was lured through WhatsApp and fake IPO promises. Crime Branch Additional SP Satya Vikash Bhuyan leads the probe.
