Pakistan deliberately creating roadblocks on Indus Waters Treaty issue, says Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that India has been in communication with the government of Pakistan for the last year-and-a-half to two years regarding the Indus Waters Treaty. He said that India has sent several letters to Pakistan, requesting for negotiation to discuss treaty's modification.
