Officials yet to find out why 4 Chinese nationals entered Bihar's Raxaul illegally

Four Chinese nationals were arrested in Raxaul for illegally entering India from Nepal without valid visas. Interrogation revealed their plan to return to Nepal, specifically Hetauda and Lumbini.
