India's Forces Fully Prepared: Offensive And Defensive Strategy In Place, Says Top Military Source
A senior Indian defense official has stated that India’s armed forces are fully prepared for both offensive and defensive operations, emphasizing the professionalism and strategic depth behind the execution of Operation Sindoor. The official clarified that no hasty decision was taken; instead, the military executed a well-planned assault against terror camps, while simultaneously preparing for possible retaliatory strikes by Pakistan. The Prime Minister's directive was clear: eliminate terrorists and their backers. Accordingly, a two-fold plan was created — one for offensive capability and the other for robust defense. The military anticipated a possible counter attack within hours of India's strike and had prepared accordingly. Intelligence and satellite imagery in recent days had already revealed increased Pakistani military movement at the border, which India had closely monitored. The Indian government reiterated that its aim is not war but the destruction of terrorism. Despite Pakistan’s lack of an immediate response, India remains alert. The message is firm — India does not seek conflict, but it will not tolerate terror. As the official stressed, Pakistan’s forces, heavily focused on terrorism rather than conventional military preparedness, were ill-equipped to counter India’s precision response.
