"High Time We...": Former Army Chief To NDTV On India-Pak Tensions

Amid rising tensions with Pakistan, General Bikram Singh, the former Chief of Army Staff, spoke to NDTV's Shiv Aroor and said it was "high time" that India declares its "threshold of tolerance".

"We have to identify what those red lines are, define our threshold, and tell Pakistan that if you go beyond this, we are going to hammer you," he said.
