‘Pakistan’s Sleeper Cells Are Active Across India,’ Indore Holkar Stadium & Hospital Get Bomb Threats Via Email
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indore's Holkar Stadium and a city hospital has received a bomb threat through email on Saturday. There was a stir after an email was received on the official email address of the secretary of the MP Cricket Association.
The accused threatened to blow up the stadium and a hospital in the email. The MPCA secretary immediately informed the Tukoganj police and the police reached the spot with the bomb disposal squad and investigated the Holkar Stadium. Nothing was found here during the probe though.
The email was in English, it read, 'There will be an explosion in your stadium. Do not mess with Pakistan. Explain to your government. Pakistan's trusted sleeper cells are all over the country. There may be a blast in your stadium and hospital to avenge Operation Sindoor.'
The name of any stadium or hospital was not mentioned in the email. Since the headquarters of MPCA is in Indore, Holkar Stadium was investigated.
Administrative Officer of MPCA, Rohit Pandit said that After the complaint to the Crime Branch and Tukoganj police station, Holkar Stadium was investigated, but nothing suspicious was found.
He said the police is investigating the email in the case. Efforts are being made to find out where the email came from. The technical team of the crime branch is also investigating the matter.
School received bomb threat in February
Earlier on February 4, two schools in Indore had received bomb threats. After this, the students of both the schools were sent on leave and the buildings were vacated.
