Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) in Amritsar witnessed a brief blackout during a nationwide mock drill conducted under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) directive and Amritsar’s Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport is closed until further notice. The exercise aimed to test emergency readiness and security coordination at key public locations.
