India, Pakistan agree to unconditional ceasefire; Indus Water Treaty to remain in abeyance

The decision, reached after a call initiated by Pakistan's DGMO, includes keeping the Indus Water Treaty in abeyance and maintaining retaliatory measures announced on April 23.
