Water supply to be cut for up to 15 hours in Thane after pipeline burst

Due to a rupture in the 1800 mm diameter water supply line at the Jambhul Water Treatment Centre, water supply to Diva, Mumbra, and Kalwa will be completely shut off for 12 to 15 hours. The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is currently undertaking urgent repair work.
