In the 1990s, Joe Metheny terrorized Baltimore by murdering homeless individuals and sex workers. He shockingly transformed some victims into hamburgers, selling them to unsuspecting customers. Convicted of two murders, Metheny confessed to killing at least ten, driven by trauma and finding thrill in his crimes. He died in prison in 2017.
