TCS leases 630,000 sq.ft. in Chennai amid slow IT office space take-up

TCS has signed a 10-year lease for 630,000 sq.ft. in Chennai's Ozone Techno Park at ₹2.8 crore monthly, reflecting ongoing office space demand despite a slowdown in the IT sector. Rent will rise by 12% every three years.
