Law soon to regularise houses on comunidade, alvara & private land: CM

Goa's government will soon introduce a law to regularize houses built on private, comunidade, and alvara land, aiming to protect homeowners based on 1971 survey records. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant clarified that recent demolitions were court-ordered, emphasizing the government's intent to avoid demolishing homes. A new Rs 60 crore administrative complex with a Kala Bhavan is planned for Bicholim.
