Couple Attacked, Hair Pulled & Slapped After Dispute With Neighbours Over Banned Dog Breed In Meerut (VIDEO)

Meerut: In Uttar Pradesh's Meerut's S Pocket located in Pallavpuram Phase-2, which is a high profile colony, a couple was allegedly attacked fatally when a neighbour woman and her daughter objected to walking a dog of a banned breed in front of their house on May 7.

The accused woman allegedly called her son and a few men and thrashed the woman and her husband. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against eight people. The entire incident has been captured on CCTV camera and the video has gone viral on internet.

In the video, it can be seen, the accused, Veddant Mishra, comes in his red car and parks it Infront of his neighbours house and waits outside in a white color collar neck t-shirt and shorts. Soon, two other men also arrive in a scooter. The woman then comes out of her house, it is when the woman with whom an argument took place earlier, Tulika Mishra rushes towards her and attempts to assault her with full force. However, the woman in a self-defence attempt shoves her aggressor. The woman being attacked has been identified as Aarti Kadan. Then, Veddant starts attacking Aarti.

Passerby's, try to intervene and stop the attacking neigbours. However, the efforts went in vain as the assaulter women tightly gripped the woman's hair did not seem to let the woman go .

Then Aarti's husband, Vaibhav Rana, comes out of the house. He too is seen being attacked and slapped by the man and her wife is seen being thrashed by the woman.

Why Aarti & Her Husband Was Attacked?

On May 8, Aarti Kadan filed a police complained that she was beaten up by a woman from the colony, Tulika Mishra, and her family members after she objected to walking a dog of a banned breed outside the house. The woman alleged that when she protested, the accused also attacked her husband Dr. Vaibhav Rana with an iron rod.

Police Action

The police have registered a case and the CCTV footage installed in the colony is being scanned.
