Authum Investment share price jumps over 10% to hit its record high after revising ISARC acquisition terms

Authum Investment & Infrastructure's shares rose over 10% to a record high of ₹2,135.95 after announcing revised investment terms in ISARC. The company will invest ₹312.5 crore, acquiring 88.37% voting rights in ISARC, which will become a subsidiary upon completion.
