Madhya Pradesh: Dhar Collector Cracks The Whip On CM Helpline Complaints

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh): Collector Priyank Mishra held a virtual meeting to address complaints related to 12 departments as part of the weekly DM solution online. During this meeting, block and district officers joined from the district headquarters to discuss the issues.

Collector issued strict orders to the 12 departments linked to the CM Helpline, instructing them to inspect the relevant sites within a week and resolve the issues. The Public Health Engineering Department was specifically told to address all water-related problems within a week.

Additionally, CEO of Janpad Panchayat Sardarpur and the labour officer in Dhar were asked to submit reports on pending cases related to the Sambal Yojana within two days. Assistant commissioner of Tribal Affairs Department was also directed to ensure timely action on pending compassionate appointment cases.

Executive engineer of the Water Resources Department was instructed to provide a written report on pending cases. A show cause notice was issued to the CEO of Janpad Panchayat Umarban for failing to resolve a pension case, as there was no record of action on the portal.

Collector emphasised the need for physical verification and inspections in all related cases, warning that disciplinary action would follow if satisfactory progress was not made.
