MP minister Vijay Shah moves Supreme Court after HC orders FIR over ‘gutter language’ against Colonel Sofiya Qureshi

Madhya Pradesh minister Vijay Shah has approached the Supreme Court after the High Court ordered an FIR against him for remarks against Colonel Sofiya Qureshi. The High Court took suo motu cognisance of Shah's comments made at a public event, deeming them disparaging and dangerous to the armed forces.
