Breaking: Three Terrorists Hiding in Tral After Operation Sindoor, Security Forces Achieve Major Success

After the success of Operation Sindoor, security forces have been continuously eliminating terrorists in the region. A major breakthrough has come from Jammu and Kashmir’s Tral area, where security personnel achieved significant success in neutralizing a terrorist. According to reports, three terrorists are believed to be hiding in this area. These three are part of a list of 14 terrorists who were being actively pursued following the Pulwama attack. Earlier, three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, including a commander, were killed in Shopian on May 13, along with the recovery of a large cache of weapons including AK-47 rifles and grenades. The three militants hiding in Tral have been identified as local terrorists named Asif, Amir, and Yavar. Following intelligence inputs, a search operation was launched. Recently, during a gunfight, one terrorist was reportedly hit. The operation is ongoing, with security forces evacuating civilians from the densely populated area to ensure their safety. The operation involves the Indian Army, CRPF, and Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Special Operations Group. These terrorists are linked to major militant groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen, who reportedly coordinated their efforts in early 2025. While local militants are being targeted effectively, the presence and identity of 80 foreign militants in Jammu and Kashmir remain unclear. Despite this, anti-terror operations have intensified across the region, especially in hilly areas, maintaining strong momentum after the ceasefire between India and Pakistan.
