According to the IMD, rains with strong winds are expected in 20 states on Thursday. Winds can blow at a speed of 50-60 kmph in Maharashtra. Let us tell you that a yellow alert has already been issued for Maharashtra. Waterlogging can be seen in many parts of the city after rain, due to which the common people may have to face difficulties. Similarly, a warning of heavy rains with thunderstorms has been issued in Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

The IMD has also predicted the possibility of heat wave in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan. A yellow alert for heat wave has been issued in 19 districts of UP and 23 districts of Bihar. Heat wave alert in 19 districts of UP

According to the latest update of the Meteorological Department, there is a heat wave alert in 19 districts of the state. The maximum temperature was recorded above 40 degrees Celsius in 15 districts. Due to the heat wave, the temperature is expected to cross 44°C in the next two days. It is expected that the weather may change in the Terai areas of the state in the coming days.

Weather condition of Bihar

The regional unit of IMD has issued a yellow alert for heat wave in 23 districts of Bihar for Thursday. The weather will remain hot in the state till May 16. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in 7 districts of Saharsa, Madhepura, Purnia, Katihar, Araria, Kishanganj and Supaul. With the early arrival of the southwest monsoon, the weather of the state is likely to change soon.
