BJP carries out ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in Dharamsala to honour Armed forces
Following the success of Operation Sindoor carried out against Pakistan by the Indian Army, BJP workers organised a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ in Dharamsala on Thursday in honour of the Armed forces.
The ‘Tiranga Yatra’, which commenced from Kotwali Bazaar was led by senior BJP leader, Leader of the Opposition in Vidhan Sabha and former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur who commended the Indian Armed Forces over the success of Operation Sindoor and emphasised that all Indian citizens are proud of the Armed forces. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s diplomatic strategy has also isolated Pakistan in the world community," he said.
He dedicated ‘Tiranga Yatra’ to the unity and pride of the country and said that the power shown by Indian forces and the success of indigenous weapons developed by the Indian scientists has given Pakistan a big blow.
President of BJP’s state unit Dr Rajiv Bindal while praising the Armed forces said that the ‘non-contact war’ of attacking precise targets without entering Pakistani territory has shocked the whole world. Even the most powerful countries look at India’s might — gained with the help of indegeniouslly developed weapons. “The vision and strong will power of PM Narendra Modi has taken the country to new heights," he said.
Dr Rajiv Bhardwaj, Member Lok Sabha from Kangra constituency, Trilok Kapoor General Secretary BJP state unit, local MLAs Sudhir Sharma (Dharamsala), Pawan Kajal (Kangra), Vipan Parmar MLA (Sulah), Ranbir Nikka MLA (Nurpur) and many other senior leaders and hundreds of workers of the party participated in the yatra.
