Mumbai University PG Admissions 2025 Begins; Check Important Dates Here

Mumbai University has started the admission process to postgraduate (PG) courses in its academic departments, affiliated colleges, autonomous institutions, and recognised centres. The admissions this year are being held online, following the guidelines of the National Education Policy (NEP).

Eligible candidates can submit applications through the official website of the university: mu.ac.in/admission. The portal for application opened on May 13 and will close on June 3, 2025.

As per the timetables, document verification will be done online on June 9 until 6 PM, after which the provisional merit list will be released on June 10 by 6 PM. Grievances against the provisional list may be submitted by students until June 12 by 1 PM. The first merit list will be released on June 17 until 6 PM, and candidates shortlisted in this round need to make fee payment from June 18 to June 21 until 5 PM. The second merit list will be issued on June 24 until 6 PM, and fee payment will remain open from June 25 to June 27 until 5 PM.

Commencement of Classes: July 1, 2025

Candidates are advised to complete all procedures within the provided time limits in order to get their admission. Regular classes for the newly admitted PG students will commence on July 1, 2025.
