North Korea's 'accidental defectors' stuck south of border

Two North Korean fishermen are stranded in South Korea. They want to return home, but North Korea is not communicating. The men crossed the Northern Limit Line in March. North Korea cut off all contact with South Korea. This happened after strained relations with President Yoon Suk Yeol. South Korea designated as a hostile state by North Korea.
