Paresh Rawal Clarifies Exit From 'Hera Pheri 3', Says 'No Creative Differences' Behind His Decision

New Delhi: Rumours of creative disputes have been put to rest as Paresh Rawal confirms his exit from the highly awaited Priyadarshan film 'Hera Pheri 3'. Posting on his X (formerly Twitter) account, the seasoned actor recently discussed his exit and reassured fans that he had no issues with the producers or the project's artistic direction. 

Famous for his portrayal of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte in the first two 'Hera Pheri' features, the 69-year-old actor spoke highly of filmmaker Priyadarshan. Paresh Rawal stressed that his choice was totally subjective and that he had no creative differences with the director.

He wrote, “I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER . I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director."

About 'Hera Pheri 3'

Priyadarshan, who directed the previous two 'Hera Pheri' films, is back to oversee the latest installment of the renowned comedy series. Suniel Shetty and Akshay Kumar have not yet responded to the most recent 'Hera Pheri 3' developments. Earlier rumours claimed Akshay would not appear in the film. There were also rumours that Kartik Aaryan will join the ensemble, although the producers have not formally announced anything.

'Hera Pheri' first hit theaters in 2000, followed by its sequel 'Phir Hera Pheri' in 2006.
