Parade Sports Association elects body

JAMMU, May 18: The executive body of the Parade Sports Association, Jammu was elected during the annual general body meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of Desh Rattan Dubey at Parade Ground, here today.
During the meeting, all the members of the Association unanimously re-elected Vijay Sabarwal as president, Desh Rattan Dubey as chairman, Dr Anil Kumar Mahajan as general secretary, Harsh Nayyar as treasurer, Kapil Dev Mahajan as vice president, Pawan Gupta as secretary and Ashok Gupta as joint secretary.
It was also decided unanimously that Ramesh Pargal will continue as chief patron, Randhir Singh (Beeru) as patron and Sanjay Sharma as senior vice-president.
Earlier, the Association members discussed in detail the activities carried out during last year and their shortfalls. Besides, statements of expenditure and collection were deliberated. Further, activities to be done during the current financial year were planned in detail.
