Supreme Court dismisses AGR due waiver plea from Vodafone, Airtel, Tata Teleservices, says ‘not expected from MNC’

The Supreme Court on 19 May dismissed the AGR due waiver plea from India's top telecom companies, Vodafone, Airtel, and Tata Teleservices. The apex judiciary also expressed its ‘shock’ at even finding these petitions presented before it.
