YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra under probe for ISI links, Pakistan-sponsored trips raise suspicion
A major national security controversy has erupted around Haryana-based YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra, who is now under investigation by Indian intelligence agencies for her alleged links with Pakistan’s spy agency ISI. According to sources, Jyoti visited Pakistan multiple times between 2020 and 2024, documenting her experiences and sharing videos that often showcased sensitive areas, including near military zones and strategic routes like National Highway 44.Officials allege that Jyoti’s trips were not mere tourism; she reportedly maintained regular contact with three ISI officers, one of whom was stationed at the Pakistan High Commission in India. Jyoti’s interaction with an officer named Danish — later expelled from India in May 2024 — has raised major red flags. She is suspected of passing crucial information via social media and may have been developed as an intelligence asset.Jyoti’s social media presence revealed deep admiration for Pakistan, frequent high-end travel, and visits to politically sensitive sites, including a meeting with Nawaz Sharif’s daughter, Maryam Nawaz. Authorities are probing how she funded these luxury travels, as her modest background and residence in Hisar, Haryana do not align with her lifestyle. She has also reportedly visited China, Nepal, Dubai, and Bangladesh, further intensifying intelligence scrutiny.
