CBSE Marks: CBSE will give a chance to increase marks with the new process, starting from May 21
CBSE Marks Verification: CBSE Board has released the dates for the re-evaluation process after 10th 12th Result 2025. There have been some changes in it. The board will give the scanned copy of the answer book to the students in the first stage itself. From tomorrow, May 21, students will be able to apply for scanned copy and re-evaluation.
CBSE Board 10th 12th Answer sheet Re-checking, Re-evaluation: If a student is not happy with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 10th 12th Result 2025, then he can get a scanned copy of his answer sheet in advance. Then if the student feels that he has not got the correct marks or there is some mistake in the total numbers or checking, then he can get the marks checked. He can get the evaluation done again or both. Any student will be able to apply for verification/re-evaluation only after getting a copy of the answer sheet.
These changes have been made in CBSE 10th 12th re-evaluation process
Till last year, the CBSE board used to first give marks verification, then scanned photocopy of the answer sheet and a chance to re-check the answer again. Now in the first stage itself, the students are giving a chance to get a scanned copy of the answer book. In the second stage, marks verification, re-evaluation or both can be done.
CBSE explained the reason for this change
CBSE Examination Controller Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj says that CBSE has strengthened its system further. Now, students will be given a scanned copy of the answer-copy on their request in any subject they want, so that they can check it themselves. If they feel that there is a mistake, they can tell CBSE. This change is being given to the students so that there is more transparency and they can understand their performance in a better way and can also challenge the mistakes.
When will CBSE 12th students be able to apply
CBSE will give students a chance to apply online from 21 May to 27 May (11:59 pm) to get a scanned copy of the answer sheet for class 12. A fee of Rs 700 will be charged for the copy of each subject. Applications for marks verification, re-evaluation and both can be made from 28 May to 3 June (11:59 pm). A fee of Rs 500 will have to be paid for verification of each answer book and Rs 100 for re-evaluation of each question.
