Sony Expands 4K TV Lineup with New Bravia 2 II Series

Sony India has launched the BRAVIA 2 II series, its latest range of 4K Ultra HD LED TVs. These televisions are integrated with Google TV, providing access to over 10,000 apps, 700,000+ movies and shows, and live TV. The series is available in screen sizes of 43″ (108 cm), 50″ (126 cm), 55″ (139 cm), 65″ (164 cm), and 75″ (189 cm).

The BRAVIA 2 II models use the X1 4K Processor and Live Colour technology to enhance image quality. The inclusion of 4K X-Reality PRO upscales lower-resolution content to near-4K clarity, while Motionflow XR technology helps reduce motion blur in fast-paced scenes. For audio, the models feature 20W open baffle down-firing speakers with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Clear Phase technology for better sound balance.

These TVs include ALLM via HDMI 2.1 for reduced input lag during gaming. Auto HDR Tone Mapping optimizes HDR settings when connected to a PlayStation 5. The TV switches automatically between Game Mode and Standard Mode depending on the content being played.

The BRAVIA 2 II series supports Apple AirPlay and HomeKit and comes with a voice-enabled remote compatible with Google Assistant. It also includes the SONY PICTURES CORE service, which streams select movies in up to 80 Mbps quality via Pure Stream, with free credits included.

The models are built with X-Protection PRO, offering protection against dust, humidity, lightning, and power surges.

Pricing begins at ₹50,990 for the 43″ variant. The 55″ model is priced at ₹75,990, and the 65″ variant at ₹97,990. The 75″ model will be available at ₹145,990 from May 20, 2025. Cashback offers up to ₹5,000 and EMI options are also provided. Availability spans Sony Centers, major electronics retailers, and online platforms.
