The video, shared by Instagram user Sanaya Ranjan, who has nearly four lakh followers, features a mother-daughter duo lip-syncing to a trending audio clip that says, "Mujhe gussa jaldi aa jata hai”.
At first, the scene appears light-hearted. The mother is seen gently holding her daughter’s hand, speaking to her in a playful manner. However, the tone of the reel changes suddenly to a violent level. Within seconds, the young girl raises her hand and slaps her mother — a moment that left viewers appalled.

Uploaded on 18 May, the video quickly went viral, sparking outrage on Instagram.
Criticising the obsession with reel creation, one user wrote, “This is getting mannerless day by day, what are you teaching your child for the sake of content? Disgusting”.
Another commented, “Yaar bache ko reels ke chhakkar mein violence na sikhao (Don’t teach your kid violence for reel craze)”.
