Aarti Ravi Demands ₹40 Lakh Alimony Per Month Post Divorce With Ravi Mohan: Report
Actor Ravi Mohan and estranged wife Aarti Ravi have been all over the news of late due to their divorce controversy. And in the latest development, Aarti has reportedly demanded a monthly alimony of Rs 40 lakh from Ravi post their divorce.
According to a report in News18, Aarti and Ravi's divorce hearing was held at the 3rd Additional Family Welfare Court in Chennai. During the hearing, Aarti filed a petition demanding a monthly maintenance amount of Rs 40 lakh from the Ponniyin Selvan actor.
The next hearing has now been scheduled on June 12.

As reports trouble in Ravi and Aarti's marriage emerged, rumour mills went abuzz speculating the presence of a third person as the reason behind the split. Reports claimed that Ravi had an extra-marital affair with singer Kenishaa Francis, and on Tuesday, Aarti issued a fresh statement, accusing the singer of breaking her marriage.
"The truth needs to be said once and for all. Money, power, interference, or control-none of these are why our marriage suffers. There is a third person in our marriage. What broke us wasn't something between us-it was someone outside," Aarti wrote, adding that Kenishaa had entered Ravi's life before they filed for divorce, and also claimed she had proof.
Meanwhile, Ravi, in an earlier statement, had accused Aarti of "physical, mental, emotional and severe financial abuse".
Ravi and Aarti had been married for 15 years, and have two kids. However, their rocky marriage was out in the open for the world to witness when, in 2024, the actor walked out of his house, citing irreconcilable differences. He also accused Aarti of holding him back from meeting his parents, and later, not letting him meet his own children.
