Breaking News: Pak Handler Paid Indian Operatives to Leak Info, UP ATS Reveals | ABP NEWS

In a major breakthrough, Indian security agencies have uncovered a wide-reaching espionage network allegedly working for Pakistan. Among those arrested are Haroon from Delhi’s Seelampur and Tufail from Varanasi. Haroon, who works in the scrap business, was reportedly in contact with Muzammil Hussain, a staff member of the Pakistani High Commission in India. Muzammil, who has now been expelled by the Indian government for suspicious activities, is said to have introduced Haroon into the spy network. According to the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terror Squad (UP ATS), Haroon received cash to pass on sensitive information, which was used for anti-national activities. Shockingly, Haroon’s family has revealed that he had two wives—one in India and another in Pakistan. His trips to Pakistan were allegedly to meet his Pakistani wife, which raised further concerns. Tufail was also arrested on similar charges. Both men are accused of being part of a larger spy ring that was motivated by financial incentives offered by Pakistani handlers. They were presented in a Lucknow court, where the ATS has sought their remand for further interrogation. This case underscores the growing concerns over espionage activities fueled by cross-border elements and highlights the need for heightened vigilance.
