Breaking! Shubman Gill Succeeds Rohit Sharma As New Test Captain, Karun Nair Returns; No Mohammed Shami In 18-Man Squad For England Tour

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally announced the squad for the five-Test series against England, beginning on June 20. With Rohit Sharma retiring from Test cricket, Shubman Gill has succeeded him, while there was no place for Mohammed Shami. The uncapped players included in the 18-man squad are Sai Sudharsan, Abhimanyu Easwaran and Arshdeep Singh.
