Google I/O 2025: World’s tech giant Google presented new innovations through its developer conference on Tuesday night. It said that the coming era is going to be of Artificial Intelligence. A glimpse of AI was seen in all the products and features of Google. Many faces appeared in the entire event, who took the Google IO event forward. Three women of Indian origin Tulsi Doshi, Vidya Srinivasan and Nishtha Bhatia made the most headlines. This representation of women in the world’s biggest tech event shows that people of Indian origin, especially women, have succeeded in making their place in a country like America.

Tulsi Doshi is a Senior Director and Head of Product Gemini Model at Google. According to Tulsi’s LinkedIn profile, she started her career in 2008 as a research assistant. She has also worked with Apple. After working with many companies, Tulsi joined Google in 2014 but worked there for only 4 months. She went to Stanford University and joined Google again in 2015. She has more than 7 years of experience with Google. Tulsi has studied in America. She has a Master of Science degree in AI from Stanford University.

Vidya Srinivas is VP-GM in Advertising and Commerce at Google. Vidya has done B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Madras. She did her further studies from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. Vidya has a long experience. She started her career in 2001. She has worked in companies like IBM and Amazon Web Services. She has served in both the companies for about 16 years. Vidya has been working with Google for more than 5 years.

Nishtha Bhatia has an important responsibility in Google. She is handling new innovations, among which Google Glass is very important. She also has work related to AI. Nishtha has also studied in America. She holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. Nishtha was also seen as a young Google employee in the event. She has been associated with the company for the last five years. Nishtha’s LinkedIn profile also tells that she has worked in companies like Apple and Capital G.

There was a strong focus on AI in the Google IO event, Google also made its intentions clear. It hinted that India and America are the most important markets for it. There were many occasions during the event when Hindi was discussed. Google’s Gemini AI translated the conversation in Hindi and Persian into English. A video of famous Indian musician Shankar Mahadevan was shown to explain how AI is improving music.
