Three killed in Kyiv region as Russia, Ukraine trade drone fire

Russian attacks claimed three lives in Kyiv. Both Russia and Ukraine launched drone attacks on each other's capitals. Moscow reported downing a dozen drones. Prisoner swaps between the two countries are underway. 307 Russian prisoners of war were exchanged for the same number of Ukrainian soldiers. Russia will send Ukraine its terms for a peace settlement after the exchange.
