EC announces bypolls to 5 assembly seats in 4 states on June 19; counting on June 23
The Election Commission has announced by-elections for five assembly seats. These seats are spread across Gujarat, Kerala, Punjab, and West Bengal. Polling is scheduled for June 19. The counting of votes will occur on June 23. Gujarat will have bypolls in Kadi and Visavadar.
