'Our Little Secret': Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham Fame Malvika Raaj Announces Pregnancy With Pranav Bagga 1.5 Years After Marriage
Actress Malvika Raaj, best known for playing the young Poo in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, is all set to welcome her first child with husband, Pranav Bagga. She announced the news on Sunday on social media with a slew of cutesy photos with her husband.
Malvika took to her Instagram handle on Sunday and shared a photo, in which she can be seen piggy-backing on Pranav. "You + Me = 3 #OurLittleSecret #BabyOnTheWay #MPbaby (sic)," she wrote.
Congratulatory wishes poured in for the couple as soon as the post went viral. "OOMMMGGGGG a rager is on his/her way!♥️ Y’all will make the best parents! (sic)," actor Vardhan Puri commented, while Kriti Kharbanda wrote, "Congratulations you two! (sic)."
Ayesha Shroff, Krishna Shroff, Ridhima Pandit and others also showered love and blessings on the couple.
After announcing the pregnancy online, Malvika told ETimes that she wants to take some time off work and enjoy this new phase to the fullest. "I plan to take some time off initially to make sure everything goes smoothly and to fully soak in those special first moments. Those moments are priceless and irreplaceable. But once I find a rhythm and things settle, I definitely want to get back to work. My career is equally important to me, and I look forward to returning with fresh energy and perspective," she said.
She also shared that she is nervous and excited at the same time. "It’s a big change, and I’m trying to take it one day at a time," she gushed.
Malvika and Pranav, who is an entrepreneur, got married in a lavish ceremony in Goa on November 29, 2023. They dated for over 10 years before tying the knot.
