Irate over delays, locals inaugurate Rs 100 crore garbage processing plant in Bhubaneswar

Residents of Palasuni, Bhubaneswar, frustrated by delays, inaugurated a Rs 100 crore solid waste treatment plant themselves. Despite completion eight months ago, BMC's inaction led to this symbolic move. This inaction and apathetic attitude of the local authorities had provoked frustration among the residents.
