Samsung Launches Galaxy S25 Edge Early: Slimmest Galaxy Yet with AI, 200MP Camera & ₹12,000 Storage Upgrade
Samsung has initiated early deliveries for the Galaxy S25 Edge, described as the slimmest Galaxy S series smartphone. Customers who pre-ordered the device are eligible for these early deliveries. Pre-orders are open until May 30, 2025. Those who pre-order will receive a storage upgrade worth INR 12000, which provides the 12GB+512GB variant at the price of the 12GB+256GB model. Additionally, customers can opt for no-cost EMI for up to 9 months. The Galaxy S25 Edge is manufactured at Samsung’s Noida factory in India.
The Galaxy S25 Edge features a titanium body, measuring 5.8mm thin and weighing 163 grams. It includes a 6.7” QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2. The camera system consists of a 200MP wide lens with low-light performance and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with autofocus. It also incorporates the ProVisual Engine and Galaxy AI-powered editing features such as Audio Eraser and Drawing Assist, which are present in the Galaxy S25 series.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8® Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy, the same processor used in other Galaxy S25 series devices. The Galaxy S25 Edge integrates Galaxy AI for mobile AI experiences, with privacy secured by Samsung Knox Vault. It offers AI agents that function across multiple apps and integrations with daily routines via Brief and Now Bar. The device is available in Titanium Silver and Titanium Jetblack. The 12GB+512GB variant is priced at INR 121999, which includes the storage upgrade and EMI offer.
