RCB vs Punjab Kings Livescore: Royal Challengers Bengaluru captain Rajat Patidar won the toss and elected to bowl first at Mullanpur's Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium on Thursday against Shreyas Iyer-led Punjab Kings in the Qualifier 1 of IPL 2025. Prabhsimran Singh and Priyansh Arya were tasked to make the most of the field restrictions offered as part of the batting powerplay. Josh Hazlewood returned to RCB's playing eleven in place of Nuwan Thushara. Here is how the first six overs of the PBKS innings turned out:

1.2:  OUT! Priyansh Arya drives one into the safe hands of  Krunal Pandya in covers. The styling left-hander falls for seven runs off five balls.

1.3:  Josh Inglis is the new batter. He is off the mark right away with a single.

1.4:  Liam Livingstone saves a certain boundary with a dive. Prabhsimran gets only a couple.

1.5:  No run.

2.3:  An advancing Prabhsimran slaps one for four over mid-off.

2.4:  Another aggressive shot as a charging Singh sends the ball towards the boundary ropes over mid-on.

2.6:  OUT! Bhuvi gets Prabhsimran. The right-hander tried to dance down once again but the climbing ball gets a thin edge on the way to Jitesh Sharma's gloves. He goes for 18 off 10 balls.

3.3:  PBKS captain off the mark with a couple.

3.4:  OUT! Iyer perishes by giving Jitesh another catch behind the stumps. He managed just 2 off 3.

3.5:  Nehal Wadhera is the new batter. No run.

4.1:  Dot ball but a late third umpire intervention finds it a no ball. First extra of the inings. Wadhera hits it down the ground for a four.

4.6: Swung away for a single by Inglis.

5.1:  OUT!  The in-form Inglis perishes (four off seven balls) after a top-edge off a short-pitched delivery with extra bounce hands an easy catch for Bhuvneshwar Kumar at deep backward square leg.

5.3:  A thick outside edge travels to the boundary line beating the keeper.

5.4:  SIX! Stoinis gets right what Inglis tried and failed.
