VinFast Partners with myTVS to Strengthen After-Sales Service Network in India

New Delhi – Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) maker VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with leading Indian automotive service provider myTVS to establish a robust after-sales service network across the country. The collaboration marks a key step in VinFast’s preparations for its upcoming EV launch in India.

As part of the agreement, VinFast Auto India will work with myTVS to set up 120 Extended Service Workshops, enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of service offerings for future VinFast customers. These workshops will complement VinFast’s own dealership and service network, aiming to ensure timely maintenance, support services, and nationwide service coverage.

The workshops will be equipped with genuine parts, advanced diagnostic tools, and trained technical staff to deliver quality service. The move is part of VinFast’s strategy to offer a seamless ownership experience and build trust in the brand as it enters India’s fast-evolving EV market.
