‘Gujjars have arrived in Canada’: ‘Sarcastic’ remark on Indians as buffaloes seen in Surrey viral video
Canada being referred to as Punjab is one of the most popular jokes on the Internet. It is because of the Punjabi population that is present in large numbers in the country.
A recent video that has gone viral now refreshed this joke, with its ‘Punjab ultra pro max’ remark.
In the video, originally posted by an Instagram user Kultaran singh, a herd of buffaloes could be seen passing through a street in Surrey.
“Surrey is a city of Canadian province of British Colombia. The buffaloes broke free from a nearby farm and entered the residential area,” Kultaran mentioned in the caption.
Later, the video was re-shared by a meme page called Troll Canada.
The text on the video read ‘Canada ch vi Gujjar aagye lagda’ (looks like the Gujjars have arrived in Canada as well). With ‘Punjab ultra pro max’ written in the caption.
The post received mixed reactions from the netizens, while some thought it to be funny, others took it as an insult to the community.
“Gujjar on top,” commented a user. “We feed milk to pan Delhi and other cities after getting milk from these buffalos, so it’s our business from cattles, buffalo and cows. you don’t bother about these animals,” read another comment.
While another one said “Gurjar BROs just chill it’s just for fun purpose.”
