Katihar Deoghar Train: Two special trains will run from Katihar to Deoghar, know the timing and route

Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to run two pairs of special trains between Dibrugarh-Deoghar and Katihar-Deoghar for the convenience of passengers during Shravani fair. Dibrugarh-Deoghar special train will run from 10 July to 9 August while Katihar-Deoghar special will run from 10 July to 7 August. The running of these trains will provide great convenience to the devotees of Katihar and Seemanchal.

In view of the extra rush of passengers during Shravani Mela, Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to operate two pairs of special trains. These trains will run between Dibrugarh-Deoghar and Katihar-Deoghar.

Special train number 05926 (Dibrugarh-Deoghar) Special will depart from Dibrugarh at 09.40 hrs on every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday from July 10 to August 9 and will reach Deoghar at 20.25 hrs the next day.

Similarly, train number 05925 (Deoghar-Dibrugarh) Special will depart from Deoghar at 21:55 hrs on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday from July 11 to August 10 and will reach Dibrugarh at 08.30 hrs. Both trains will run for 23-23 rounds.

Special train number 05716 (Katihar-Deoghar) will depart from Katihar every Thursday from July 10 to August 7 at 14.20 and reach Deoghar the next day at 04.15.

Similarly, train number 05715 (Deoghar-Katihar) special will depart from Deoghar every Friday from July 11 to August 8 at 05.45 and reach Katihar at 21.20 on the same day. Both trains will run for five trips each.

NF Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Kapinjal Kishore Sharma said that the details of the route, stoppage and timetable of these trains are available on the IRCTC website and NF Railway’s internet media.

He appealed to the passengers to check the details of the trains before starting the journey. The operation of these trains will provide convenience to the devotees of Seemanchal including Katihar.
