Deepak, 49, allegedly fired five shots from his licensed .32 bore revolver, three hitting Radhika, killing her instantly. Police arrested Deepak, who confessed, citing frustration over societal taunts about living off his daughter’s earnings from her tennis academy. He had repeatedly urged Radhika to shut it down, but she refused. Additionally, Deepak disapproved of her social media reels and a music video appearance, which reportedly fueled family tensions. Radhika, a promising athlete with an ITF doubles ranking of 113, had turned to coaching after a shoulder injury. Her mother, Manju, was home but unaware, while her uncle Kuldeep filed the complaint.
