In her detailed statement shared on social media, she told how the priest, who had guided her several times before, approached her this time too to bless her with special water and sacred Raksha Sutra during the prayer.
After the prayers were over, the priest asked Lishalini to wait for him for an hour before calling her to his separate office. Lishalini said, ‘I was going with him, but I was not feeling well. I was feeling something wrong inside.’
She told that when we went into the room, the priest mixed a very strong smelling liquid in water and poured it on me. He called it holy water and said that it is not for ordinary people. He started spraying it on my face. She said, ‘He told me that it came from India and it is not usually given to ordinary people. A lot of liquid was poured on me, my eyes started burning from that liquid, I was not even able to open them.’
What happened after this was very horrific. As Lishalini said, ‘After this, without saying anything, he put his hand in my blouse and my bra and started touching me inappropriately.’ She was badly shocked by this unexpected incident.
Refusing to give further information, she wrote, ‘Betrayal wounds the deepest. I will not give more details. But I have been exploited by that priest. I could not say anything more.’
Meanwhile, the Malaysian police have registered a case and started investigation and are looking for the priest.
